***BETA VERSION*** Are you looking for an ancient monument for your Asian jungle/mountain scenes? Can't find one that quite fits the bill? How about building one of your own then? This model provides four simple building blocks - a round one, a square one, an octagonal one, and a 'cross-quadrate' one (Google image search it!). Each block has a dozen or so morphs to adjust its shape, and they all use the same simple UV map. 1) Load a CBB as the base, apply dial-spun morphs to get the shape you want, and adjust the Y-scaling as necessary. Apply texture/bump as required. 2) Load another CBB, scale as necessary, apply dial-spun morphs to get the shape you want, apply texture/bump. Parent to previous CBB. 3) Repeat step 2 as many times as required... N.B. This is a BETA version of a FREEBIE, so don't expect it be perfect! Since it is a Beta version, feedback is ESPECIALLY appreciated. Progress reports on the DAZ forums here http://forum.daz3d.com/viewtopic.php?p=2821274 if you're interested

An extra texture set (texture, bump and normal) for my Chedi Building Blocks. Created from the "Crumbling Plaster on Bricks" texture set created by Ian D. West, available here at ShareCG (http://www.sharecg.com/pf/full_uploads.php?pf_user_name=IDW01) The source images have a "Limited use with credits" licence ("You may use this work or file in any way as long as you credit the original author of this work or file..."), so I could not include them in the main CBB release. Please note that I've only included JPG images at present, so you'll have to apply the maps manually. I hope to add a Poser material (.MT5) and MAT Pose (.PZ2) file soon...

My first request! Here's a beta release of an additional element for my Chedi Building Blocks (CBB) - a couple of simple morphing stairway blocks. It consists of two poser props - a 5 step section of solid stairway, and a 25 step section of solid stairway. To make them a bit more useful each has a few morphs thrown in - Width, Height, Depth, Widen Front, and Slope Sides (the first three differ from the x/y/z scaling dials since they don't alter the bevel size). With a bit of patience and ingenuity the blocks can be moved, scaled, rotated, and morphed to create a variety of stairways. The steps are fine for general background use (tested in both Poser 6 and DAZ Studio 3 - N.B. No DS materials provided), but see the known issues in the readme, and remember this is a beta version. If you have any suggestions for improvement please let me know - I'm already working on an update and some additional elements, and I'll try to incorporate any ideas...
